The DCut RC200 Profile Wall Base Cutter is a specialized manual shear designed to make precision miter cuts in popular rubber and vinyl wall base profileswithout dust, noise, or power tools. It cuts up to 8 wide with a clean, repeatable edge and is ideal for creating matching inside and outside corners.
