Low Friction Shocks Blue

Description

Shocks are ultra-lightweight rigging components engineered for exceptional durability and completely maintenance-free operation in the most demanding sailing conditions. Designed with no moving parts, they eliminate the need for flushing or servicing and perform flawlessly in environments where grit and salt would quickly damage traditional bearing systems. Their smooth, three-dimensional geometry protects lines from chafe and ensures efficient load distribution.

Available in two sizes to suit rope diameters from 1.5mm to 10mm, Shocks deliver impressive strength-to-weight ratios, offering exceptional performance where every gram matters. Designed primarily for soft attachment or lashing applications, their elongated attachment apertures accommodate webbing and maintain ideal alignment during use.

Shocks are suited to an extensive range of applications including vangs, tweakers, trapeze systems, cunninghams, barber haulers, kite bridles, and lazy jacks. Available in various colours, they provide outstanding versatility and reliability for performance-focused sailors seeking simple, strong, and lightweight rigging solutions.
