Bronze Fork & Fork

Description

Bronze Fork & Fork represents the ultimate in premium rigging hardware engineering, featuring the proven Sta-Lok Forged Turnbuckle design with fully machined threaded fork ends at both terminations for complete rigging solutions. This sophisticated turnbuckle assembly exceeds the breaking load of today’s high-strength compacted strand wire ropes, delivering uncompromising performance through advanced forging and machining processes that create one of the strongest and most elegant bronze turnbuckles available on the world market today.

Available in seven thread sizes from 1/4″ to 3/4″ UNF with comprehensive specifications including fully open and closed dimensions ranging from 8.858 to 21.535 inches, Bronze Fork & Fork accommodates demanding rigging applications across various vessel sizes. The fork dimensions provide precise fit with widths from 6.4mm to 19.1mm and corresponding pin specifications ensuring optimal load distribution and reliable performance.

The advanced aerodynamic design philosophy optimises strength-to-weight ratios whilst reducing wind resistance, making these turnbuckles particularly valuable for performance sailing applications where every component contributes to overall efficiency. The high-strength bronze alloy construction delivers exceptional structural integrity and corrosion resistance essential for demanding marine environments.

Each turnbuckle assembly features a high-quality polished chromium finish that provides superior corrosion protection whilst maintaining lustrous appearance throughout extended marine exposure. The elegant design complements both traditional and contemporary vessel aesthetics, supplied complete with fully machined Threaded Fork Ends (B16/B17) at both terminations, providing immediate installation capability for professional rigging applications where reliability and performance cannot be compromised.
