The Xemex (pronounced Ze-mix) mixing nozzles use revolutionary new fluid-flow technology that mixes your glue more thoroughly, in a shorter length, and with far less waste. And if thats not cool enough, the ReMixers Xemex can even produce a stronger performing bond (as more thorough mixing tends to produce stronger bonds).

By leveraging a novel design thats only possible with additive manufacturing (3D Printing), The ReMixers Xemex-optimized mixers enable a better mix from just 8 elements than what traditional elements can do with 32 or more.

Available Versions

We now offer three variations to suit standard and high-viscosity application needs:

• X2-C8-8S: The new ultra-high-mix 8-element (62 mix) Stepped tip Bell Nozzle.

• X2-C8-8L: The same popular ultra-high-mix 8-element nozzle, but with an included Luer-Lock fitting.

• X2-C10-8S: A wider ultra-high-mix 8-element Stepped tip Bell Nozzle featuring a 10 mm inner diameter, specifically engineered and preferable for thicker epoxies and high-viscosity adhesives.
