This formula has been discontinued. It has been replaced by the Permabond TA4550, which is a new formulation, and a very close substitute for features and use cases.

Bond nylon with confidence using Permabond TA4660. This specialized structural acrylic adhesive is engineered to bond difficult filled and unfilled polyamides without the need for primers or harsh surface treatments. Featuring integrated microbeads for precise bond line control and a toughened, impact-resistant formula, it creates structural bonds on nylon, metal, and composites that are often stronger than the materials themselves.

PERMABOND TA4660 was a 2-part, 2:1 low odor, acrylic adhesive. It was developed for the structural bonding of nylon/polyamide (filled and unfilled) without the need for any primers or additional surface treatment, such as plasma. TA4660 was also good for bonding nylon in combination with certain metals. It cured at room temperature and contained microbeads to control the bond line thickness for superior performance.
