Description
The CS-NRI EPN-101 is a solvent free, chemically resistant, two-part bulk epoxy paste filler used to fill and transition surface irregularities including pits, voids, corrosion defects, dents, leak repair stopgaps, etc. Its high-build capability allows technicians to transition aggressive changes in geometry without multiple lifts. Once cured, EPN-101 is machinable.

Applications

Storage
Store indoors in cool, dry, ventilated storage at temperatures below 35C (95F ) in original, unopened containers. Minimum storage temperature 15.5C (60F)
Limitations
- Epoxy application temperature: minimum of 5C (40F) or less than 3C (37F) above dew point
- Base component should be warmed to 15.5C to 25C (60 to 77F) before mixing
- Over-coating time should not exceed 3 hours
- Suitable for long-term immersion at temperatures up to 70C (158F) and intermittent contactwith pressurized steam up to 120C (248F)
- Resistant to dry heat in excess of 200C (392F) dependent on load
