Description
3M DP-420NS Black is a Toughened NonSag (No-Drip) two-part Epoxy Gel Adhesive offering outstanding shear and peel adhesion and very high levels of durability. The structural adhesive that provides good strength along with high impact and vibration resistance to meet demanding bonding challenges.
3M ScotchWeld Epoxy Adhesive DP420NS can replace mechanical fasteners, screws, rivets and spot welds in many applications. DP420NS maintains bond strength at high and low temperatures and can withstand paint bake operations up to 400F for 30 minutes. It works well on a variety of substrates such as metals, ceramics, wood, many plastics and glass and is an excellent indoor bonding agent for joining, gluing, potting, panel bonding and structural bonding.

The ScotchWeld Epoxy Adhesive 420 dispenses as a thick non-sag, no-drip viscosity for controlled application. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately two hours and is fully cured in 24 hours (at 72F/22C).
