The No. 040 is a top quality 3 wide spreader used for spreading base adhesive across the back of 4 wide vinyl or rubber cove base. Features a polished stainless steel blade and an attractive lacquered wood handle. The blade has1/8 x1/8 V-shaped notches which are typically the correct size for spreading this adhesive (check manufacturers recommendations). Blade has just the right amount of flex for spreading adhesive. Net weight: 2 oz.
