SCIGRIP SG300-05 is a two-component, toughened MMA adhesive engineered for high-strength bonding of metals, composites, and plastic components. Designed with a 10:1 mix ratio, this adhesive supports efficient structural assembly in demanding transportation, manufacturing, and fabrication environments.

The SG300 series is designed to meet industry requirements for reduced bond-line read-through on show surfaces, helping minimize post-finishing work. Its combination of minimal surface preparation, primerless metal bonding, and consistent cure behavior makes SCIGRIP SG300 well-suited for both production and repair applications.

With a working time of approximately 4-6 minutes and a fixture time of 15-20 minutes, SG300-05 offers controlled, adjustable cure times for accurate part positioning and reliable assembly. The formulation provides strong resistance to fatigue, impact, and shock loads in harsh operating environments.

Available in 50 mL and 490 mL cartridges, as well as bulk containers for meter-mix systems, this adhesive supports both small-scale repairs and high-volume manufacturing.
