Description
The Supajust Toggle & Sta-Lok is a versatile open-body turnbuckle assembly that merges the articulation benefits of a toggle with the secure, swage-free connection of a Sta-Lok stud. The main body is machined from polished 316 stainless steel for outstanding corrosion resistance and strength. Threaded bronze inserts are permanently sealed into each end to guarantee smooth adjustment and prevent galling or seizing even under heavy load.
One end features a full articulation toggle, moving in two planes to accommodate misalignment and minimise side forces within the rig. The opposite end is terminated with a Sta-Lok self-fit stud, enabling on-site fitting without the need for swage gear and providing rated strength when properly installed. The open-body design allows visibility of the thread engagement for monitoring and maintenance. Once the correct tension is reached, locking is secured with traditional split pins to ensure stability.
This configuration is especially suited to marine, architectural, or industrial systems requiring both flexibility and a dependable swage-free termination.
